Submit bulk dead on arrival (DOA) products

You can enter the details of navigation devices in the first table. You can enter the details of any accessories in the second table.

To delete you must select the row and then click the Delete button.

  • Only add products that are supported to be returned
  • All products must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
  • All products must be returned in their original box and with all accessories included
  • Damaged products (such as broken screens) do not qualify as DOA
  • Software issues can be solved by an update with MyDrive Connect and do not qualify as DOA
